So, not much writing has happened lately. This weekend will see a lot more, though!
Ale and another friend of mine are doing the Comikaze 24 hour challenge over this long weekend, and I thought I’d join in. The basic premise is that you have 24 hours to do a 24-page comic, using three keywords as proof that you didn’t start ahead of time. I’m probably going to be too busy to do it to an exact 24-hour schedule, but we’ll see! I intend to write a short story (or maybe novella, I was never sure what the precise word gap was between the two) in 24 discrete sections. We’ll see if I can manage one per hour!
My words are “verbatim”, “resist”, and “tasting”. Stay tuned, folks!

p.s. A short story is generally anything below ~10,000 words. Above that is a novelette, above ~20,000 a novella, and above ~50,000 is a novel. Flash fiction is sub-500!
The More You Know!
You know, eventually you’re going to run out of spelling variations…
Nice to learn the distinction, at least!
Well, we’ll just see about that.
What I want to know is how your blog found my avatar. Is it some kind of wizard
Quite possibly. WordPress have their fingers in a lot of pies.
Probably Gravatar – linked to your email address.
Oh wow I had forgotten that existed. Mystery solved!
